The place is bright , clean and spacious. the sales person was pushy and exaggerates but of course it is his job to sell. there were basic issues that could have easily made the experience of arriving going through the service process and exiting much more pleasant. I know the service folks were not too busy because when I came to pick up the car, they were sitting there just chatting and the times I called to find out the update on the car and why I was getting messages on my Hyundai, I had to ask number of times and follow up when they should have been doing that themselves. The car was returned dirty and they were stickers on the window that I had to go back inside and ask for them to be removed. Very very poor customer service. More

Otherwise, I do want to say that when I arrived and was waiting to be attended by the vale (they were all very helpful) I sat in my car for 3 minutes while other employees (sales?) talked to each other and then looked at their phone. All customers should be acknowledged. More
