I’m impressed with the revamped customer service since the last time I visited Downey Hyundai. The greeter and service desk person on drop off and pick up were enthusiastic. Hyundai cars have improved ove the last time I visited Downey Hyundai. The greeter and service desk person on drop off and pick up were enthusiastic. Hyundai cars have improved over the last decade so, it’s about time they treat customers like other brands such as Lexus since I also drive one. I just wished Hyundai offered loaner cars for certain circumstances and car being dropped off. I had to pay for my own Uber. Longo Lexus offers Uber/Shuttle/Loaner. Maybe also explain the addons for a 24k maintenance. It seems like it’s mostly oil change and extras for $318. I can’t be paying $300+ every 6k miles unless there are major stuff in it. More
