This was not a great experience. I waited over 3 hours for my car just for a regular service and no updates. Finally I went to the counter and the guy who was handing my car was gone I waited over 3 hours for my car just for a regular service and no updates. Finally I went to the counter and the guy who was handing my car was gone. I found another employee and she told me my car was "taking a while cause I asked for a wash". I said okay and she told me it would be about 20. more minutes cause it was next to be washed. I go not sit down and sure enough they pull my car right up front WASHED. My car had been done for who knows how long and no one had told me. More
Great service friendly people. Felt pricey but might not know how prices have evolved. My main complaint was I was told it would take 60-90 minutes but it ran 2:20. Made an appointment one month in advance for a recall, understanding that this would only be an inspection to see if a repair needed to be done. Was told when I got there that the wait would be 3 to 3 1/2 understanding that this would only be an inspection to see if a repair needed to be done. Was told when I got there that the wait would be 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Just for the mechanic to look at it. Ridiculous, but wait there’s more — The waiting would take place in a cramped modular trailer with no indoor plumbing working. Would have to settle for either a portable potty or walk to a Vons to go to the bathroom. Left. Not going back. More

Overall, it was my pleasure to shop here. They did not try to push me too much into buying a vehicle and were helpful in providing me with the funds necessary to complete my purchase. My only complaint is that when I returned to ask for more gas in the car, one lady told me they could provide me with a $25.00 voucher, but then another gentlemen said that because I had driven it outside the lot, they would not fill my car with gas nor with the voucher. I thought the least they could do is provide me with some gasoline! This instance refrains me from giving the full 5 star review. More
