I called in to service to schedule an appt and was told by an employee that proper techs would be in to diagnose a dying 12v battery issue on my Kona EV Saturday morning 11am. I go in on Saturday and was t by an employee that proper techs would be in to diagnose a dying 12v battery issue on my Kona EV Saturday morning 11am. I go in on Saturday and was told by another employee that those techs are not there until the following Monday. I was told to come back, but since I was there already and frustrated, I told them to check my 12v battery. They checked it and did not find issues. I left, not even with an apology. I went to Cardinaleway Hyundai in El Monte a few days later where I received better service. I left my car with them in the afternoon and they texted me a few hours later letting me know that the 12v battery indeed was bad. More

My car notified to service need so I call service department and make appointment after one week that was on February 29th 1.00 pm feb 28th they called me and confirmed my appointment too but when I department and make appointment after one week that was on February 29th 1.00 pm feb 28th they called me and confirmed my appointment too but when I go there the service team says no one informed them so that I have to stay 4 hrs if need to do after lots of discussion they put me to finance department I so them my service agreement for 2 years which charged me 4000 $ he says they do only beak down he didn’t understand service agreement is for service it’s not breakdown that’s coming under warranty.
