Responding to a “TSB” Service Bulletin This Mike Guzman. I brought my Elantra GT in as instructed by a “Service Bulletin” to have the Stainless Window Tirm inspected. I was surprised that t This Mike Guzman. I brought my Elantra GT in as instructed by a “Service Bulletin” to have the Stainless Window Tirm inspected. I was surprised that the missing piece of Window Trim was not “In Stock”. I understand that the Dealer would not have room for every part, but this missing part is related to a “Service Bulletin”. I will now have to make another trip to the Dealer to have the new piece of Window Trim installed. More

5 Star Service I was past due on my oil change and tire rotation so I brought my Tuscon in to the Downey dealership. Before I was even out of my car I was immediatel I was past due on my oil change and tire rotation so I brought my Tuscon in to the Downey dealership. Before I was even out of my car I was immediately greeted by Cesar. He was super friendly and through, which made me feel like I was in good hands. My car was in and out within an hour and they told me the topped off all my fluids without charge. I was happy with the experience since many dealerships don't provide that type of customer service. I will be coming back for all future auto needs. More
