Recall service and replacement of battery Carlos was friendly. My car was washed and after the inspection, it was suggested that my battery be replaced. I was surprised that the AGM battery co Carlos was friendly. My car was washed and after the inspection, it was suggested that my battery be replaced. Great service. One hiccough. Cesar Maldonado was extreme helpful. I brought in my car for a normal service, and he pointed out there was an ECU update available as well. The servi Cesar Maldonado was extreme helpful. I brought in my car for a normal service, and he pointed out there was an ECU update available as well. The servicing went smoot but when I picked up the car the impact sensor was going off. At first Cesar tried to say that it was because of some minor damage to the front end, which is possible, but the sensor was fine before the drop off. So he offered to take another look at it when I pointed it out. Turns out the sensor just need to be reprogrammed. The car was there overnight when I expected a few hours, but he and Downey Hyundai made sure it was taken care of right, got me rides back and fourth the whole time, and really turned what could have been an awful "why is my car taking so long?" visit into a good overall experience. More
