This was not a great experience. I waited over 3 hours for my car just for a regular service and no updates. Finally I went to the counter and the guy who was handing my car was gone I waited over 3 hours for my car just for a regular service and no updates. Finally I went to the counter and the guy who was handing my car was gone. I found another employee and she told me my car was "taking a while cause I asked for a wash". I said okay and she told me it would be about 20. more minutes cause it was next to be washed. I go not sit down and sure enough they pull my car right up front WASHED. My car had been done for who knows how long and no one had told me. More

Great service friendly people. Felt pricey but might not know how prices have evolved. My main complaint was I was told it would take 60-90 minutes but it ran 2:20. Made an appointment one month in advance for a recall, understanding that this would only be an inspection to see if a repair needed to be done. Ridiculous, but wait there’s more — The waiting would take place in a cramped modular trailer with no indoor plumbing working. Would have to settle for either a portable potty or walk to a Vons to go to the bathroom. Left. Not going back. More
