The last time I came was for a simple oil change and it was terrible. It was a Saturday and I was there at 8 am and it took over 3 hours. This time I got there at 8:30 and we were greeted by Jaclyn Fernandez and immediately I felt like it was going to be better. She was very pleasant and I told her what I was there for. She checked by vehicle and explained that I need a recall repair as well. I figured 4-5 hours. She asked if we were waiting and i said no and she immediately offered us a loaner ! What great service. I then told her my last experience and she apologized for it. She was so professional and even got us a Tuscon loaner since we mentioned our daughter just bought one. Jaclyn said the car would be ready at 11:30, which I took to mean 12:30. The car was completed at 10:30!!! We were running errands and said not to worry but to take our time. The return and pick up of my vehicle was fantastic as well. I wasn't going to come back here and in fact, Puente Hills is closer, but do due Jaclyns service, I plan to come back for my service needs. More

Excellent Service I have no complaints about the services at this dealership. I make a appointment and I'm always in and out in no time. Provided that they use Uber for I have no complaints about the services at this dealership. I make a appointment and I'm always in and out in no time. Provided that they use Uber for there shuttle service so I can go back home and take care of more business while my car is being services and be Ubered back when my car is done. It's perfect. More

Girl at the front desk could do without her phone during business hours. Phone text assist was active after 2 hours later when car was done being worked on and was on my drive home.
