Guillermo was such a good salesperson and honestly a nice guy. He knows the details of the cars. But, honestly, now I feel like I should have waited or gone to another dealership. The only reason why we came to this dealership is because they had the car that we wanted at a good price and when it was time to show us the numbers, they said there was a $5k mark up. Which should have been a red flag. BUT that is their job lol. Overall, we are happy with our car but not so happy with the price they gave us. More

My Service experience with Downey Hyundai has exceptional compared to Russell Westbrook Hyundai that's why I discontinued going there. Chris Estrada has been at outstanding Gem. He explains needs and services easy for me to understand, very patient with me which is very appreciate for me being 60 going thru physical challenges for the last year or so. That's whenever I call for service needs or concerns I always ask that He's the person I'm connected with. If he's not going to be there that day I find out day he will be there. It's very very important to me that my patronage is valued and feel like I'm not taken advantage of,. I never feel that way when I leave his presence. More
