After confirming a down payment and monthly payment with all taxes and fees included via text for a vehicle I returned my rental and went to the dea After confirming a down payment and monthly payment with all taxes and fees included via text for a vehicle I returned my rental and went to the dealership where I was told that they couldn't do the agreed upon payment and wanted 40% more. I had to rent another car to get home. Went back the next day and ultimately agreed upon a payment but they used the fact that it was the last make and model I was interested in to bait and switch the price. Asked to have GM call me after since they blamed not honoring the in witting deal and it took 2 months for a return call. He said it shouldn't have happened and he would talk to his team and get back to me. Its now been 3 months and I have called back several times but he wont return my call. DO NOT buy a car here. They can't be trusted and will not follow up with you if there is a problem More

My car was under service for over two months. When I receive my car back a preexisting sound system I had in the car was no longer functioning, after troubleshooting I saw that neither of my two When I receive my car back a preexisting sound system I had in the car was no longer functioning, after troubleshooting I saw that neither of my two amplifiers were not connected from the positive terminal on the fuse box and were left hanging loose in the engine bay. Neither cable was reconnected after harness work was completed on my car. My sound system is still inoperable to this day. My car was also denied a complementary wash after it has been sitting outside with rain and dust for over two months. There is also a bundle of wire and cords that was just left on my passenger seat after I received my car. My vehicle came back in a disgusting state and when I went back inside after seeing all this and brought up my disappointment to the service department, they told me a manager was to call me in a few days. I never got a call from any sort of manager to help rectify the situation. A total disappointment with the service I received, and I will never be back nor will I recommend this dealership to anybody that I know for anything. More
