Please re-evaluate your system/program for requesting feedback/ratings of services. Had my car in for its new car first service, and have received at least two, probably 3-4 if I take the time to go back feedback/ratings of services. Had my car in for its new car first service, and have received at least two, probably 3-4 if I take the time to go back and count, requesting a score about the service rep person, plus about the service provided, plus about Downey Hyundai, AND, while waiting for the service to be completed, I get a text inviting me to discuss trading in my new 10-month new car on purchase of another. That’s R E D I C U L O U S marketing strategy!!! My new car only had about 1,000 miles. If I was already unhappy with it, I would be very UNlikely to want to buy another Hyundai🤔. Ur programmers should be able to filter out what would be “appropriate” solicitations to send for trading in one’s older car that is in for service vs. to the owner of a new 10-month-old car with only 900-1000 miles on it!!
