Bought a 'new' car. In nine months I have had to bring it in to replace the fuel pump and the transmission. I was sent a text at 7:30 in the morning to tell me that my car is ready and that I need to return a loaner or I will be charged. I had to make last-minute arrangements to take time off of work and return the car because they wouldn't return to me. I was given an ultimatum. Poor customer service. More

Did not go to 'dealer' Service department lacks attention to detail. Although the service writer was polite, I lost time and MONEY going back and forth for the same or related issues SEVERAL times.
