Based on my experience, knowing what I want, David handled me better then any other. I walked out of the Valencia and Glendale dealerships. In both cases, was chased out to my car, with apologies. Will never forget the guy knocking on my window as I was driving off and he will never forget me. Was the best buying experience I ever had. David took the time to listen and reflect back out conversation. Will refer anybody interested in a Hyundai, to David. His follow up was impeccable and has a customer for life. More
