We were contacted again by text when our car was ready, as we had gone to breakfast while our car was being worked on. Upon arriving back at Downey Hyundai, our car was ready and has just been washed, prior to us picking it up. Carlos went over the details of our inspection report with suggestions for the service we would need to have done on our next service appointment. Thanks again for another great experience at Downey Hyundai. More

I was graciously greeted and then promptly met with my sales rep, Daniel. He was able to quickly gather the information that he needed to present to me, in order for me to reach my decision. I felt that the process was fair, based on what I was looking for and the price I was hoping to pay. Overall, Daniel went above and beyond, to ensure that I walked away satisfied with the vehicle I wanted and the terms of my new lease. I also appreciated how friendly the entire staff was during my time at Downey Hyundai. I noticed, too, that another family was shopping for a vehicle and they were full of smiles the entire time I was there. I will definitely recommend Downey Hyundai to my family and friends. More
