Electronic issues Carlos Ruiz was the service manager that dealt with my issue. I had (3) electronic issues on my Tuscon and the service department only fixed (2) of th Carlos Ruiz was the service manager that dealt with my issue. It took at least (2) hours from the time I signed in to the time I got my car back and I realized that the main issue that I was there for, which was for the USB port not working, was not fixed. I was too tired and is was getting late to go back and have them fix the issue. More

Customer Service: Above and beyond. I came in for a routine update on my car's engine software. Unfortunately, that was not the only issue with my car. Realizing that my comprehensive insurance was not in effect, it would have cost me more than I had to simply repair my car. Because of Carlos and the owner, Ravi, I ended up trading in my car for a better car. They were kind, helpful, and really went beyond what I would have expected from a mechanic, dealership, and company. I would strongly recommend them. More
