Once again, a great experience at Downey Hyundai! My check engine light was on, so I stopped by Downey Hyundai, around 4 p.m. thinking I was going to come in and schedule an appointment. I was immedia My check engine light was on, so I stopped by Downey Hyundai, around 4 p.m. thinking I was going to come in and schedule an appointment. I was immediately helped by Raidel Soto, who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He insisted that I have the car looked at immediately. He didn't want to risk my safety by having me drive the car until it was looked at. So he told me to leave the car overnight. I told him I needed a ride home and transportation to get to work the following day. He said that wouldn't be a problem, and offered me a rental car, free of charge, until my car was fixed. Unfortunately, I couldn't qualify for the rental because I didn't have full coverage insurance. However, Raidel quickly found another solution He set up with Uber trips, free of charge, to take care of my needs. The car was fixed quickly, free of charge, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks, Raidel and the team at Downy Hyundai! You rock! More
