Had an appointment at 11:15am. Left the car I never heard back from anyone. When I called at 5:45 PM they told me that the service department was closed. After speaking with someon Left the car I never heard back from anyone. When I called at 5:45 PM they told me that the service department was closed. After speaking with someone, they told me that they needed to keep my car overnight. The next morning the service rep contacted me, At eight in the morning and said she would call me back when my car was ready to be picked up. She never called me and after seven additional hours, I called and they told me my car had been ready for some time. The lack of communication and the customer service was terrible. More
