I would rate the service department higher, if certain things are addressed. Friendliness and speed of service is very good. It could be better, if your service package purchased by through the sale/lease was available and setting up an account was done at that time. I recently had an oil change and tire rotation, which included a maintenance check of several areas. They did not check the tire pressure, as my low pressure indicator activated the following evening. The pressure was just under the minimum on all tires. I brought the vehicle in the following morning, and they topped off the pressure and showed me how to use the manual reset for the indicator. More
