I came in for a state inspection on the vehicle that was purchased here. I had wait another 45 minutes after receiving a text stating my inspection had been completed and that I could read the service repor purchased here. I had wait another 45 minutes after receiving a text stating my inspection had been completed and that I could read the service report, making my total wait time over an hour and a half. The woman who was working the service desk, who checked me out, was extremely rude and condescending, when speaking to me she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Then when I and I asked about a coupon that I received through email she was very upset that I didn’t bring it up right away when I walked in even though she made it seem like she busy to deal with me at that she. She also seemed to be blaming me, as if it was my fault that there was not enough staff working that day. I do understand that working in a service industry can be stressful and frustrating when short staffed but I hadn’t complained about the wait or the price of the state inspection, I was just hoping to get the discount price like the coupon stated. With that being said I do not appreciate being treated as an inconvenience when all I was trying to do was get my car inspected. More

My wife and I just recently purchased a honda pilot from Bob, and I can't stress enough how pleasant the experience was. Dovers pricing was aggressive enough we made a 6 hour drive from northern Maine to ma Bob, and I can't stress enough how pleasant the experience was. I haa a ve had the car since August 3021 and never have seen this or felt the heat go cold but they are telling it normal! I’m so disappointed in the service I have received!
