Dover Honda made the car buying process feel low pressure, but they were also attentive. Third: If i have to pick up the phone to call you because you were taking too long to text me back. That alone tells me you have zero fire in your belly to earn my business. Fourth: Lying to a customer is one of the worst thing you can possibly ever do. You will lose all credibility! You did not send me any email when I told you at 10:00 AM I sent you all the information you needed to put a number together. 3:00 PM I had to reached out again to see if you wanted my business or not. Thats when you decided to actually send that email. Nothing went in my spam, it came straight to my mail like. Salesman Allan Lepler was so helpful, not pushy, he said quote “ I’m not here to push a vehicle on you, I’m only here to help you choose wha tactics.
