BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT - Missed leaking / rusted brake lines. Update: Manager Mike Watson left his number in a reply to my Google review, claimed to want to discuss and ‘make it right’. So I called , left a VM, waited over 2 weeks, no call back. I assume the canned reply to bad reviews is purely for show, and they have no intention to correct the mistakes of their service department. Look at these reviews, cool that salesman are able to convince people to leave a good review while they’re buying a new car, but almost every review I can find regarding the service department on Google is terrible. Original review: Brought my CRV in for multiple services including new tires all around, transmission fluid change, oil change, and FRONT BRAKES. It appeared they did the job well so I paid and went on my way. I was coming back to have 2 new CV axles I purchased from NAPA installed, but the service advisor told me there was a recent policy change and they could no longer install customer supplied parts. No biggie, I understand liability and all. So I take my car to another garage to have the axles installed. They call me shortly after I drop the CRV off to tell me my front brake lines and distribution block are rusted, leaking, and dangerous. I came in to see it with my own eyes. I’m lucky I wasn’t in an accident. How in tf did Dover Honda not see these critical and dangerous front brake lines while replacing my front brakes, and performing more than one “multipoint safety inspection” on the vehicle. They were underneath that car MULTIPLE TIMES and missed this. Dover Honda’s negligence put me and my passengers at risk, find a garage you can trust and don’t put you and your family’s lives in the hands of this service department. More

I came in for a state inspection on the vehicle that was purchased here. I had wait another 45 minutes after receiving a text stating my inspection had been completed and that I could read the service repor purchased here. I had wait another 45 minutes after receiving a text stating my inspection had been completed and that I could read the service report, making my total wait time over an hour and a half. The woman who was working the service desk, who checked me out, was extremely rude and condescending, when speaking to me she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Then when I and I asked about a coupon that I received through email she was very upset that I didn’t bring it up right away when I walked in even though she made it seem like she busy to deal with me at that she. She also seemed to be blaming me, as if it was my fault that there was not enough staff working that day. I do understand that working in a service industry can be stressful and frustrating when short staffed but I hadn’t complained about the wait or the price of the state inspection, I was just hoping to get the discount price like the coupon stated. With that being said I do not appreciate being treated as an inconvenience when all I was trying to do was get my car inspected. More
