The service department doesn’t know what they are doing! The plug your car and if it says nothing is wrong they don’t know how to troubleshoot the problem! I haa a ve had the car since August 3021 and never have seen this or felt the heat go cold but they are telling it normal! I’m so disappointed in the service I have received! He was very willing to negotiate a trade of our Civic and got an approval from the finance for a very acceptable figure. He pointed out some of the tech features of the new car and answered every question we had. I knew exactly which car I wanted and he brought it right around and told us where to go to test drive it, since we were not familiar with Dover.
