Completely disgusted with their service department. Took in my Murano for services and also needed a brake change based upon what they told me last time. First, they sent me a video of the wrong car being serviced. When I picked it up, I mentioned it but no one was concerned. I did not drive my car since the service. Then today I discovered that they did not rotate my tires or do an oil change, my whole purpose of going in there. It was clearly due from the car's display and the service records. I bought the car new at this dealer and every service has been done there. I called the service manager today, he wanted to blame it entirely on me and told me to get my oil changed elsewhere. I will and I will buy my cars elsewhere. Lost a lifetime Nissan customer. More

The service department is why this is getting a 1 star. Took our 2018 altima to get oil change and a new tire which was under warranty. We ordered it on Thursday September 9,2022 and was told it would be i Took our 2018 altima to get oil change and a new tire which was under warranty. We ordered it on Thursday September 9,2022 and was told it would be in on Monday. We finally after many calls and no response from service department we took the car in Monday September 26,2022. They tire was supposed to be under warranty and they tried to make us pay the $193 because somehow our warranty magically was canceled in August. Not only did that happen but they over tightened the drain plug and crushed the gasket so we had oil leaking all over our driveway. I love the dealership and Ray our personal salesman. The service department has issues and needs to be corrected. More
