Completely disgusted with their service department. Took in my Murano for services and also needed a brake change based upon what they told me last time. First, they sent me a video of the wrong car Took in my Murano for services and also needed a brake change based upon what they told me last time. First, they sent me a video of the wrong car being serviced. When I picked it up, I mentioned it but no one was concerned. I did not drive my car since the service. Then today I discovered that they did not rotate my tires or do an oil change, my whole purpose of going in there. It was clearly due from the car's display and the service records. I bought the car new at this dealer and every service has been done there. I called the service manager today, he wanted to blame it entirely on me and told me to get my oil changed elsewhere. I will and I will buy my cars elsewhere. Lost a lifetime Nissan customer. More
