Since then we have used the dealership exclusively for service - which basically has only been oil changes. At 35,000 miles, the car is in great shape, and Brian, our service manager is terrific. Achieving close to 45 miles per gallon, we've been taking many road trips, and even if I just drop it off for a "check-up" Brian is helpful and welcoming. Working with a dealership like Douglas has been totally hassle-free…from purchase to service. We also own a 1988 Cabriolet that they've been maintaining and have kept on the road and working at peak! We plan on staying with them for a very long time…it's nice to have salesmen and service technicians that we can trust! More
