I wasn't able to lease a car at any other dealership but they made it possible and worked with me. I drove off with my car the same day and they took my trade w/ the incentives they had I wasn't upside down at all! They spoke to me more like a friend then just another customer! My situation is that my car broke down coming from work about 2 weeks before coming into the dealership. I work in Bedminster, New Jersey and there are no buses or trains. My first week I borrowed a car, got a ride in and out. The second week I rented a car so that I would be flexable and able to go looking after work. I went to the dealership on a Wednesday night found something I liked and left a small deposit on it. After meeting her she has such a glowing personality that I never responded to any other calls that I received. Since I filled out a form on line I was getting alot of calls from different dealership about coming in to look and being pre-approved. In my mind I was saying "Irene got me" so long story short, when I spoke to Irene and explained to her that I was coming in on Saturday to close the deal after I retuurned the rental she VOLUNTEERED to drive to East Orange Enterprise where I had to return the car and drive me to Summit to complete my purchase. She called me on Saturday morning and asked me if she was still picking me up I said "yeah girl" because she just felt more like a friend than a salesperson. I have already mentioned her to family and friends so when I know of someone who is looking for a vehicle I will bring them straight to Douglas and ask for Irene. I Came in and my salesman was Dave,I explained to him how frustrated i was of getting declined for a loan..at previous dealerships. Dave reassured me he would do everything possible to get me approved and that he did...
