Best Car Buying Experience yet! I HIGHLY recommend Douglas Volkswagen! I was having a few issues with my previous vehicle and still owed a significant amount of money on it because i I HIGHLY recommend Douglas Volkswagen! I was having a few issues with my previous vehicle and still owed a significant amount of money on it because it was only a year and a half old. I was apprehensive to go to a dealership because I assumed they would turn me away due to the amount of my outstanding loan. Not Douglas! They worked with me so well that I was able to walk out just two days later with a brand new, way better quality vehicle. I am so much happier, and it was truly such a pleasant experience. Tito was my salesman and he is just a great guy all around! He was so helpful and very respectful. They are not "pushy just trying to make a sale" guys over at Douglas. I would tell anyone who was interested in a new car or even a certified pre owned vehicle to trust and try Douglas Volkswagen. More

Reason being, this was the only tungsten silver SEL in the entire country taking me over a mont Purchased a SEL Golf Sportswagen from the team online. Reason being, this was the only tungsten silver SEL in the entire country taking me over a month to find it. Diana and Issac made me feel like family during the first two of weeks of waiting for the car to arrive at the dealership. When the car did come in, they sent photos of the car, especially the California SMOG sticker. The sale was done via phone, text, and Federal Express. I have had purchased over 45 cars, especially Volkswagen. My experience at Douglas Volkswagen was absolutely the best I have ever had with any dealer in my years of buying and selling cars for my family. My only regret is the distance from my house to their front door. However when I start to look for a new car to replace my older GTI, I will pick up the phone and call or text Douglas VW first. Great dealership. I was looking for a new Jetta a couple months ago. Went to three county in Lyndhurst NJ and my dealer there was horrible!!! He was trying to push a 20 I was looking for a new Jetta a couple months ago. Went to three county in Lyndhurst NJ and my dealer there was horrible!!! He was trying to push a 2015 on me so I guess he can make extra commission. After that terrible experience I found Douglas VW online. I worked with Simon and he was absolutely fantastic! Got the car the next day, and been enjoying it since last month. I'd definitely recommend Simon to anyone that's looking for a professional and patient dealer. Keep up the good work! More

There was no bait and switch action, pushy salesman antics, BS numbers thrown, and most importantly not a waste of our time. We are a middle class family, a mid-twenty, and early thirty hard working brother and sister who just wanted a reliable car. Dave S was more than a breath of fresh air, he was the most honest (I know that's hard to believe) sales guy I have ever met. He gave us options, his opinions, and his word. We walked out with a great interest rate for not so great credit and a gigantic smile. I would recommend him and this dealership to my grandma. Simple as that. More
