I was looking to test drive a 6spd GTI and he found one in his warehouse and got it there in 20 minutes. It didn't have all the options I wanted, but he was able to hunt one down in the next two days. He called everyday to give me an update. Yet he was never pushy on the sale or the car, never tried to upsell to the next higher trim level or any options, or after market items. He simply found what i wanted.
