Confused I have bought my gti from these guys in the past and I had a great experience. However, the last two experiences were really confusing. I inquire about the gti with a thought of switching my current one. The guy gave me the msrp price and totally let me walk out of the dealership. No follow up call. On the other occasion, we were looking to switch my wife car for a new passat. I have received multiple offers for a passat from other dealerships, too. Decided to give these guys a chance again, since the dealership is in the town that I live in. There quote was several thousand dollars above everyone else. I have told them about the other dealership prices but I got the same treatment - all I got was generic emails from them inquiring "if I am still interested". Very confusing. I guess they are doing just fine so they don't need too many sales? The first car I bought from them was internet inquiry and that transaction was well priced and smooth. I am still servicing my first car with them. Very happy so far with their service department. More
