In my experience it all comes down to the sales rep, as with every rep i always ask how long they have been at that current dealership. The typical response is usually a few months, they don't seem to last long. That being said from the minute i first spoke to Mr. Isaac Bunton i could tell he was different. We spoke a few times over the phone, he gave me the information i asked and would check in on me periodically. The day i finally made it in, i left him a voicemail that i would be there in 15 mins (spur of the moment) sure enough as i was driving in (mind you we had never met in person) i asked for Isaac, and as he was approaching he immediately said, "Hi J, nice to meet you, i got your message and have the car ready for your test drive." He wasn't concerned about sitting me down for 3 hours working numbers, he was more concerned about the dealer experience. Now back to my earlier statement where i ask the rep how long he has been there.....his response 9 years. In such a fast paced environment where there always seems to be an ongoing revolving door for sales reps....that to me spoke volumes. We loved the car, he came back with his BEST offer on the first try and sure enough......we drove off with a new car. What i will say is the Isaac is the epitome of what every sales rep should look to be: professional, courteous, and a real human being! More
