Another great experience with Vlad! I leased a car with Vlad Voskoboynikov back in 2013, and it was a great experience. I was driving a jeep that was needing A TON of work, even though I leased a car with Vlad Voskoboynikov back in 2013, and it was a great experience. I was driving a jeep that was needing A TON of work, even though it had low mileage, so I knew it was time for a new vehicle. I owned my jeep outright, so really did not want a car payment, but Vlad got me into a Jetta lease, and it has been great. So glad I now have a reliable car, with no maintenance costs, just my low lease payment and gas. My lease ends this August, but Vlad reached out this week, to let me know of a current deal to get me into a new car now. So I went in last night, and drove out in my new Jetta in little more than an hour later. Vlad made the whole experience so simple and stress free. I can't say enough about how easy he makes the whole process. He reviewed my options with me, worked with me on some issues on the car I was returning, and helped me get another really great deal. Then, I spent an hour catching up on my emails, signed a few documents, and drove away in my new car. It could not have been any easier! Everyone at Douglas is so pleasant, and accommodating. I love the car, my husband loved the deal and we both came away from our first experience at Douglas very happy. Douglas was the 4th VW dealer we contacted and our frustration level prior was depressing us both. But, in just two days, Isaac was able to resolve all our concerns and get me a car I love, nearly as much as the 2004 Jetta that was totaled out from under me. Trade in and Sale with David Suchocki I do not know what other way to express my experience. What i will say is that it was amazing. I have been car shopping for a while and I got referred I do not know what other way to express my experience. What i will say is that it was amazing. I have been car shopping for a while and I got referred to David Suchocki by my a family relative which was the best thing ever. Before i went to the dealer i was driving a 2000 Honda Accord that was ready to give up on me. At first i was scared to go into a dealer for a car because of my age and not being able to afford one. But after speaking to David over the phone i knew right away that he was going to do his best to help me. So i made an appointment and went in and i do not regret it until this day. Dave has helped me in so many ways. He truly cares about his customers and will do anything to make sure they are able to be comfortable with the decision financially. The same day i did the trade in with my car i left with a Toyota Corolla and this has been the best thing that has happen to me. Went outside of NYC to deal with Douglas Volkswagen I was fortunate enough to have an excellent sales agent, Jeremy Gutierrez, answer my on-line request for a new car. Excellent service! I bought my first vehicle from Douglas in Feb. 2014 used & then went back in April 2016. Dave got me into a new 2016 Passot leased. Unfortunately a fe I bought my first vehicle from Douglas in Feb. 2014 used & then went back in April 2016. Dave got me into a new 2016 Passot leased. Unfortunately a few days after that I got into an unexpected car accident & my car was totaled. In less then a week Dave got me into a new car again!! Jeremy explained the car & made me smile & laugh after a stressful week. I can't describe how thankful I am & how much I appreciate all of Dave's help. He did an excellent job!
