Highly recommended I was dealing with Bay ridge Volkswagen. They are one of the worst especially a guy by the name of David. We agreed on the deal. When I come to pickup the new new, David basically low ball me. Initially I was offered 2000 for my old car. On the day that I tried go pick up my new car. David said "we don't want your car, but you got a great price on your new car. But if we have to take it. We can only give you 500". I was like xxx! So I ask to refund my deposit. I found Douglas Volkswagen online. So If you are looking for a Volkswagen, no need to go to other dealership. Please come to Douglas Volkswagen and ask for Jeremy. I went in looking to get a new Tiguan with my trade in my old car. Super professional and exceptional fast service. I was out the door with my trade in and plus all finance work done. More
