Most amazing customer service! I am not one to write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. I recently leased my 6th VW Jetta from Douglas Volkswagen. I worked very closely with my salesman Jeremy and the manager Chet, both were excellent. This was my first time purchasing a car from Douglas and I will never go anywhere else!!! These guys not only provide THE BEST customer service, but they make you laugh and enjoy the entire process! Jeremy listened to what I was looking for and what I had to spend and made it happen. They take initiative and get things done. They called my insurance company before it was even a thought in my mind... Most dealerships tell you a time to pick the car up and you sit waiting for delivery because finance is so backed up, this was not the case at Douglas (EVEN ON A SATURDAY!!!!)...Everything went so smoothly. Jeremy took the time to show me all the bells and whistles my new car had to offer and he even helped me program my phone and my radio stations & even helped me with my lease return and made sure to look the car over again to make sure I did not forget anything (WHICH I DID!!!) and he called me immediately! I felt like we were friends by the time I left! I recommend Douglas Volkswagen and Jeremy to anyone who is in the market for a new car. THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! More

The best VW Dealership! Ask for Isaac! I came across Douglas VW by chance. I was shopping around for a new car and looked up reviews of every VW dealership that is within a 45 minute radius I came across Douglas VW by chance. I was shopping around for a new car and looked up reviews of every VW dealership that is within a 45 minute radius from NYC. Only one stood out, and that was Douglas Volkswagen. I called them up, had a very promising conversation with their sales manager Richard and later the same day met with Isaac, who turned out to be a real gem of a sales person. He was open and honest with me from the start and everything was very transparent to me as to how the monthly lease amount was calculated. He located and got me the car I wanted within just a few days (keep in mind that if you know exactly what you want, they'll find the car you are looking for in the dealership system, even if they don't have it on their own lot). This is what exceptional customer service looks like! I'm the kind of guy who is and remains loyal if I am treated on eye level, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed the experience so much that I'll be back for my next car once my lease is up. And I've already spread the word in my circle of friends. Douglas VW is the place to go if you are in the market for a German engineered and "Autobahn" proven vehicle.
