Douglas Volkswagen is very pleasant and friendly and they try there best to get you in a vehicle. I would go back once I fix my credit and trade in my car for a newer model. More

Vehicle safety was a top priority. Tito was very helpful in our decision-making and we were able to lease a new Passat at a very affordable rate. There was absolutely no pressure throughout our experience. Tito's knowledge of the vehicles he sells was a strong motivation to purchase. He made himself available to demonstrate all of the state-of-the-art safety features and technology the vehicle was equipped with. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and find Douglas VW to be our favorite place to purchase a vehicle. Nothing Short of Excellent I am not a big writer of reviews but I felt like this was a really great experience! I had been leasing a VW Jetta from another dealership in PA and m I am not a big writer of reviews but I felt like this was a really great experience! I had been leasing a VW Jetta from another dealership in PA and moved to NJ. I had been trying to get out of my lease for quite from time, but couldn't find any dealer willing to help me make the jump into my dream car; the Golf of course. Finally, I inquired at Douglas about the 2017 Wolfburg because I really wanted all the bells and whistles, but still at an affordable price. I had been coming to Douglas for all of my services since moving to NJ a year ago, and have always been impressed. Loaner car for the day, a complimentary wash, and great costumer service. When I came in on Saturday, Vlad helped me for out a deal to get a 2016 Golf SE, get out of my lease, AND gave me all the bells and whistles I wanted for an amazing price. And the best part is that I got the same great price to finance instead of lease! They cleaned up the car within an hour or so, got me my temp plates, signed the paperwork, and was out the door with my brand new car in just a few hours. It was such an easy process and Vlad really helped me look for every possible deal and pricing scenario for a few different trims. He was extremely patient and super helpful.
