Additionally, Lou agreed to more favorable financing terms than the original dealership was willing to do. Also, I should add that Jeremy made a point to introduce me to various people at the dealership. Everyone I met was friendly, upbeat, and had worked there for many many years. There's a great sense of camaraderie here, a thing that I haven't seen at any other car dealership. November 2015, I was contemplating getting up and paying my car note for a car that I was purchasing from a "buy here pay here" or trying my luck at getting a car loan. I had been turned down so much after screwing up my credit in college. I decided to try my luck and I met Dave at Douglas Volkswagen. When I sat down, he told me I was going to leave with a new car. To say the least, I left with an AUDI THAT DAY! I went from driving a 2007 Saturn Vue that had over 100,000 miles on it when I got it, to a 2007 AUDI A4. Low payments, full coverage insurance and with the car loan I was able to build my credit. Since then, I have referred my mother and brother who are both in brand new vehicles. I am also in a new 2017 Volkswagen Jetta as of yesterday. My Audi was vandalized by a strange woman, I told Dave about what happened, he told me to come in and he was going to help me get into another car. That he DID! I am so grateful for this place. My credit is better and I am driving a great car. I love this dealership! Everyone is so nice, they are so honest and you don't feel like you're being played.
