I don't like being "sold to", and have never felt I was. Service is clean and courteous, and they even wash your car for free, and provide snacks while you wait for your car. As a woman, I often feel uncomfortable dealing with repair shops, but NEVER have felt uncomfortable here. Take my word for it, you will not be sorry you bought or leased from Douglas. More

I brought my brother's Volkswagen Passat in for a service a couple days ago because conveniently every light came on the dash requesting it to be serv I brought my brother's Volkswagen Passat in for a service a couple days ago because conveniently every light came on the dash requesting it to be serviced when I had borrowed his car. I contacted the sales guy that sold him the car Dave Suchocki for assistance to set me up with an appointment. He made it as painless as possible and directed me to go in the next morning and to ask for the service advisor Francis. I got there 15 mins late from battling with rush hour traffic and was not only greeted with a smile, but helped immediately and directed towards the waiting area which was being replenished with drinks and treats for while people wait. So I made myself comfortable, grabbed a water, and caught up on some much needed Rachel Ray while I waited. They checked in with me serveral times to assure me they were almost done, and gave me a print out of all of the upcoming services he was almost due to have with prices so when I had him call to make the next appointment he knew what to expect. They also incouraged that we schedule at our convenience and offered a loaner car so either of us could get things done while the car would be working on. I am more than grateful for the genuine kindness and utmost professionalism that morning because customer service is a really big deal to me, especially when spending a lot of money on a purchase or a service. If anyone has any reservations on using a dealership versus a private shop, this one is legit! More
