My wife and I had bought cars from Simon be I bought a 2017 Golf Sportwagen on 4/13/17. I worked with Simon Krugly, who was a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I had bought cars from Simon before, so we knew each other from those transactions. Simon is relatively low-key and very accommodating. In my case I was replacing a Jetta Sportwagen that was the subject of the Diesel Recall, and Simon arranged so I could pick up my new car the same day I sold my old car back to VW. I think the price of the new car was very fair. I should mention that the last step in the purchase process is to meet with Lou Varga, the Finance Manager. Really, though, he's a salesperson. Lou can be very persuasive as he tries to sell you various kinds of add-ons, such as extended warranty and wheel and tire insurance. I suspect that most of the dealer's profit on a car sale comes from these products. Whether those products are right for you is a personal decision, but you should do your research online about them before you get to the dealership so you can make an informed decision. More
