My grandmother was a Douglas(not the side of the family that owned the dealership), so it is nice to see that the current owners of the dealership are providing great, honest, go the extra mile service. Jeremy made sure I got everything out of my old Passat including my EZ Pass. I forgot a CD in the player even after he reminded me. I recalled it when I got home and asked him to find it for me which he did. The service department is great; Dominic has been great for over ten years. I have noted others getting great repair service over the years proving you don't have to be family to get great service at Douglas. More

Vlad at Douglas VW was Amazing! This is my third VW and my second from Douglas. I was sad to trade in my VW Eos (LOVED that car) but it just wasn't practical with two kids playing h This is my third VW and my second from Douglas. I decided to lease the new Atlas and I could not be happier with it. I usually buy and not lease so this was a new process for me but Vlad was so wonderful to work with. He really made the process easy. I also love Douglas for their service department and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've always been exceptional at service and give loaner cars which is huge!
