2nd new car lease in 3 months I met Vlad V. in Dec. 2017 while searching for a new Passat for my wife. I explained her desired options and color preference. We came to an agreement I met Vlad V. in Dec. 2017 while searching for a new Passat for my wife. I explained her desired options and color preference. We came to an agreement on the perfect car and reached the price point I expected. In fact, he exceeded my expectations. My son was now in need of a dependable and affordable car to finish his college years at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. He loved his mom's Passat, so he thought a Jetta would be a good fit. My son's needs were easier, and Vlad again found the perfect car for my family. I'm happy to have met Vlad and hope to enjoy a long relationship with him and Douglas VW. I have shared my story with friends and family. I'm in need of one more family vehicle and look forward to my 3rd VW from Vlad. Good people are hard to find. More

The vehicle was recently acquired and the Manager, Rich Gaul, made sure the vehicle was checked over. I had a trade vehicle and was assisted by the Sales Manager, Chet Puzio, who offered me an excellent trade value. How could I refuse?
