We scheduled an appointment and after weeks of shopping around I felt comfortable enough to make a decision within 20 minutes of talking to Vlad. I purchased a 2018 Passat with tan interior. I am still confident in my decision to make the switch to Volkswagan. More

Great experience with Dave Brought my son in for his first car, used Passat. Sent me pictures of the car being serviced so I knew where it was in the process and also made sure they paid extra attention to the detailing. Car was fantastic. He even offered to drive to my home to drop off some paperwork that I forgot. New Jetta 2019 I was kinda forced into buying a new car after being rear-ended. Having had 2 Jettas previously was interested in maybe getting something different. Stress-Free & Seamless Experience!!!! We live in New York and after weeks of ruling out several subpar VW dealers in our surrounding area, I decided to broaden my search. Immediately I found the Passat SEL Premium we were looking for at Douglas VW in NJ. As soon as Jeremy Gutierrez picked up the phone and we started chatting I knew I was in good hands. He was very professional, friendly and well informed. He was also a straight shooter. I asked him to please give me his best lease price. He said he'd speak to his manager and get back to me. He called back within an hour and offered me a good deal, which I happily accepted. We picked up the car on Saturday and we were as pleased with Jeremy, as we are were the entire team, as we are with the car!! It was a genuine pleasure to meet him and to do business with such a direct, caring, open and honest salesperson.
