Sent me pictures of the car being serviced so I knew where it was in the process and also made sure they paid extra attention to the detailing. Car was fantastic. He even offered to drive to my home to drop off some paperwork that I forgot. New Jetta 2019 I was kinda forced into buying a new car after being rear-ended. Having had 2 Jettas previously was interested in maybe getting something different.
