The Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!! This has been by far the absolute best car buying experience that I’ve ever experienced. I’ve purchased cars in the past and have always left unhappy This has been by far the absolute best car buying experience that I’ve ever experienced. I’ve purchased cars in the past and have always left unhappy and unsure. Either it was the wrong color or at times the wrong car. This year I was looking to get into a new to me vehicle. I had tried going to different places and was turned down. Disappointed at every turn. My last stop was at Douglas VW. I submitted an app online and was contacted by a gentleman named Dave Suchoki. When Dave called me I was completely hesitant. After hearing no a few times I really didn’t want to hear another No. I told Dave my concerns and he quickly assured me that he would be honest with me. At first I thought to myself “I’ve heard this before”, but Dave was the truth. He called me the very next day and asked me to come. I was still hesitant but I went anyway. Dave was not only thorough but was true to his word. When I arrived at the dealership Dave had the paperwork ready for me. He was patient with me as I looked through the entire lot. It wasn’t until the last car I saw that I was love. A beautiful 2016 VW White Passat. I told Dave that I really liked that car. Dave then said congratulations it’s yours. I never had an experience like this before. Drive off the lot feeling amazing, excited and happy that I went to meet with Dave at Douglas VW. I will be sending him referrals every chance I get. If U ever want to have a great car buying experience with someone who is honest and loves his job then please go to Douglas Volkswagen in Summit and ask for Dave Suchoki tell him Amina sent ya. Check Engine Light My check engine light was on, I called and scheduled an appointment for 3 days later so I could get a loaner car. I got there gave the service manage My check engine light was on, I called and scheduled an appointment for 3 days later so I could get a loaner car. I got there gave the service manager the key, I got my loaner car and went to work. I was emailed and called that my car was done. I picked it up the next morning, and it was fixed.
