He is courteous and truthful. Doesn't play games and makes the whole car buying process pleasant from start to finish. I've even bought/leased even when Douglas wasn't the lowest price. Faulty New Vehicles Bought two vehicles from this dealer which died the same day, one vehicle had to be changed and one towed back to Douglas VW. Bought a Beetle and the Bought two vehicles from this dealer which died the same day, one vehicle had to be changed and one towed back to Douglas VW. Bought a Beetle and the new ones don't last. My engine light recently went on and this dealer ran a diagnostic and a faulty code came back for the manifold system. I was told once a faulty code comes back they will cover this under warranty by Customer Care. VW Customer Care denied the warranty, I was told I'd have to wait until the code comes back on for anything to be done which may cause more damage to an already faulty manifold system. The employees do not communicate with each other and you will get calls on how your service was after you've had a hard time. More
