Faulty New Vehicles Bought two vehicles from this dealer which died the same day, one vehicle had to be changed and one towed back to Douglas VW. Bought a Beetle and the Bought two vehicles from this dealer which died the same day, one vehicle had to be changed and one towed back to Douglas VW. Bought a Beetle and the new ones don't last. My engine light recently went on and this dealer ran a diagnostic and a faulty code came back for the manifold system. I was told once a faulty code comes back they will cover this under warranty by Customer Care. VW Customer Care denied the warranty, I was told I'd have to wait until the code comes back on for anything to be done which may cause more damage to an already faulty manifold system. The employees do not communicate with each other and you will get calls on how your service was after you've had a hard time. More

My parents bought their last car at Douglas and as a matter of fact I traded-in that vehicle on September 9. I am glad to know Douglas’s company-philosophy continues to be customer-focused. Great Sales Team! I leased a 2018 Tiguan through Douglas VW and Vlad was super nice and very good at closing out the deal. He also helped me buy out my VW Golf R a coup I leased a 2018 Tiguan through Douglas VW and Vlad was super nice and very good at closing out the deal.
