Walk in flat tire Walked in with flat tire, they inspected, recommended two new tires (paid for by insurance I purchased with the car). No need to worry about being taken advantage of by this dealer. I had already looked at similar vehicle at another location so I knew rough figures and he came to me with better numbers. He understood that I had another vehicle in mind and gave me enough information to base my decision. Unfortunately my budget couldn't fit the car I really wanted so I had to get something a little cheaper. Don't let that discourage you from shopping with Jeremy. He is one of the good ones in this business. I've worked as a vendor in the car biz and have met a lot of salespeople, and he's definitely one to be given your time and money to. Best Sales Peron Ever I saw a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring at Douglas Volkswagen of Summit that I was interested in. First let me start by saying I am a mature women, I did all I saw a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring at Douglas Volkswagen of Summit that I was interested in. First let me start by saying I am a mature women, I did all my homework and I knew everything about this car, let's just say I did my homework and was ready to deal. The dealer who greeted us at the door was Nick Malanga, his first question to my husband and I was, WHOSE DRIVING THE CAR, I said I was. Nick is not a hard pounding salesman, he listened to me, intently, and answered all my questions. To my relief he did not address my husband not even once. I was taken seriously, which as a women is not always the case. Nick was calm, pleasant, kind and in general a very likable guy. I gave Nick my bottom line and he patiently went to the Wizard behind the curtain four times. Nick knew I was ready to walk if I didn't get my number so he gave it another try. We negotiated a great value that we were both satisfied with. The dealership then took my car to Mazda for a computer update and we had Masada inspect the car thoroughly. Mazda said we got an amazing deal! Now why is this story so great.....after Nick knew what I wanted he never tried to sell me a VW.
