From the first movement I walked in the door and Vlad the salesman introduced himself I know this was going to be a positive experience. We have been dealing with Douglas VW for over 25 years: new cars, service, etc. Our latest contact was to have window mechanism repaired. Service mgr. Dave Suchocki has assisted me and worked with me since 2017. Over the years, he has continued to provide me with accurate information and has always worked with me. He started me out in 2017 with a VW Jet 2017. Over the years, he has continued to provide me with accurate information and has always worked with me. He started me out in 2017 with a VW Jetta, a 2020 VW Tiguan then the 2024 Atlas. Every process with each vehicle has been smooth and he had never been rough.
