I was undecided if I was going to finance my current lease or purchase a newer model, Jeremy answered all my questions, was patient and did not rush my decision making and laid out all my options so I had all the information I needed. When it was time to see the finance manager, all the other dealerships I have been to must be stuck in the past since 99% of the paperwork was all electronic and when I was done he gave me a USB drive with my copies. I was fully expecting this process to a pain but I was pleasantly surprised and walked out with a smile on my face which no one could see since I was wearing my mask. More
