When we saw Mike the following day, he was aware of our situation with a lease. Mike worked numbers and was very honest. He treated us like valued customers. Never did he pressure us and negotiated the numbers regardless if we signed or not. We had went to another a dealer in Clifton NJ-(Gensinger VW) a few days prior and we were out in less than 5 minutes. The sales person was rude to us when we came in the front door and then heard we had a lease and totally berated us and did not want to be bothered. Douglas is a top tier dealer and very professional. Very friendly staff and treats everyone the same. I recommend them highly especially Mike! More

Easy check in process, organized by last name alphabetically. Martin was my service rep, and he talked me through my requested oil change service, plus the recommended 20,000 mile service, since alphabetically.
