I was in the market for a 2011 VW Jetta SE. I found a great price online supplied by USAA recommending Douglas Volkswagen. From the start I dealt with Jimmy Aleszczyk. Needless to say, after a few weeks of many phone calls and emails, he got me the car I wanted. This was over 2 months ago, and he still sends emails checking in to see how both I and the car are doing. He was most pleasant to work with. Overall it was a great experience buying a used car at this dealership. Even their Finance Dept expedites the process and got us out in record time. Having bought/leasedd over 10 cars in my lifetime I can say without question or hesitancy that the Douglas Volkwagen will absolutely treat you like a king!!
