Rick Szusc is an extraordinary service person who is very friendly, competent and reassuring. I had a problem with the glow plugs, relais and harness. One of the glow plugs was also stuck and couldn't be rem friendly, competent and reassuring. I had a problem with the glow plugs, relais and harness. One of the glow plugs was also stuck and couldn't be removed. Rick reassured me that the service people are very knowledgable about TDI motors and he will make sure that the problem will be solved. Another VW dealer didn't offer any help. Rick also explained the relatively high cost for this relais. My 2002 Jetta got fixed, all glow plugs have been replaced and I am very happy with the result. I definitely will use the Douglas VW service for my car in the future. More

I recently visited Douglas VW in Summit to purchase a new vehicle. My salesman Timothy was truly wonderful. He listened to my needs and helped me pick out the right option packages.
