As soon as I arrived at Douglas, Vlad was right out the door eager to say hello and to see what he could help me with. Vlad Voskoboynikov tended to all of our needs in a most professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. Since this is primarily a Volkswagen dealer, all of the information was not readily available regarding some of the options on the car that we purchased. Vlad went over and above to find out additional information about this car, as well as information about a remote start that came with the car, which was much appreciated. I also feel the need to mention that the other sales people on the floor were extremely nice to us as well. I would also like to say that we received our license plates in a very timely manner. On a particularly thorny error on their side (they charged more than we'd agreed to, although it was an accident), I called three times to speak to someone, left messages, and never got a call back. This was to Matt in Finance. The sum is substantial, they paid it back, but it was incredibly poor service. A simple returned call to say they were on it and sending me a check would have done, but it was like speaking into the void. I simply shouldn't need to have to chase this down after speaking to him the first time. On my last call I was put again to voice mail, but finally the operator chased him down, and even then he wouldn't speak to me but just gave her a message to say "check is in the mail". I'm assuming this is a one-off, because otherwise service was great. More
